Ontario Airport Transportation
Ontario International Airport (ONT) has Terminal 2 at 2500 E. Airport Drive, Terminal 4 at 2900 E. Airport Drive, and the International Arrivals Terminal at 2222 International Way. Commercial vehicles picking up or dropping off passengers — including limousines, pre-arranged shuttles, charter buses, and charter vans — must have an ONT ground-transportation permit; there is no single-use permit. Have your group coordinator contact the transportation company once everyone has collected bags and assembled at the agreed-upon curb zone.
Do not call for the van until your full group is together — ONT's curbside lanes move quickly and vehicles cannot stage indefinitely.
The bigger advantage of an Ontario airport sprinter van over driving yourself: ONT's current standard daily parking runs $20 in Lot 1, $25 in Lot 3, and $30 in Lots 2 and 4, while Lots 5 and 6 run $20 per day; premium parking is $35 and valet is $40 per day. The official ONT parking page also lists a free Cell Phone Waiting Lot with a one-hour maximum, so a transportation provider can wait off the terminal curb instead of circling. A direct sprinter van transfer from your hotel or office to the terminal — and back — cuts that entirely.
